Welcome to the official web site of the Long Island Macintosh Users Group. The place to meet Mac friends. Continuously since 1984, we have had monthly presentations, helping ordinary folks better use their Apple Macintosh and now iOS (iPhone, iPad & iPod touch) devices. We meet the second Friday every month at NYIT. Members should look to this front page quick summary for late breaking news concerning our scheduled meetings cancellations. Last month we had over 260 members between our regular membership and our Meetup members. At our last Board of Director's meeting we discussed continuing our efforts to do the right thing. We will continue to offer membership for the whole family for $48 for the whole year. Everyone will pay the same price and have access to our meetings at NYIT for the whole family, for the whole year. You will also receive the LIMac FORUM each month which includes timely information on things that are happening, special prices and deals for you to access. The interesting thing is that you will always be able to access LIMac through the internet at LIMac.org as well as through our Facebook page.

If you have any ideas, please let us know or if you are interested in joining the Board of Directors, speak to us about that. This is where decisions are made for the organization of the group and our future.
